At Petit Lem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium children's apparel. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
